"Exchange, Return, and Installment Policy"
• The consumer has the right to exchange or return the product in the following cases:
• Exchange within (5 days) and return within (3 days) from the date of purchase, provided that the product packaging has not been opened or used, and that it is in its original condition with the purchase invoice. (Golden Honey Store) has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety.
• The customer bears the shipping or delivery fees in case of exchange or return.
• If the customer claims that there is a problem with the quality of the product, the customer has the right to have the product examined for quality testing by a reliable entity within Saudi Arabia and to prove it with a report from the customer. If it is proven, the amount of the product will be refunded as soon as possible, with the examination fees borne by Golden Honey.
• The consumer is not entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases:
• If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the customer.
• If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the customer, such as (poor storage - breakage).
• Golden Honey is not responsible for errors made by the third party in the event that the third party breaches its essential responsibilities, for example but not limited to (shipping companies - payment gateways). In this case, Golden Honey will communicate with the third party on behalf of its customers until a solution is reached, in accordance with the third party’s policies and procedures.
• Shipping: After the customer’s order is delivered to the third party, the shipping company, the customer can follow up and track the order. The Golden Honey store is not responsible for the delay, loss, or damage of the shipment. This is the responsibility of the shipping company, and the customer must claim from the third party, the shipping company.
Billing policy:
In keeping with our commitment to environmental sustainability and in support of the Ministry of Environment's environmental initiatives, Honey Store is dedicated to providing our valued customers with electronic invoicing services. Customers can download their invoices directly from our website after completing their purchase.
Options for receiving the invoice:
- The customer can upload the invoice electronically from their account on the website.
- If the customer needs the invoice via email or WhatsApp, they can request it through customer service, and the invoice will be sent directly to the registered email address or WhatsApp number.
